We work by application·A few businesses at a time, closely
It answers every Instagram message around the clock with your store's real information. It makes the decision easier for your customer and hands anything that needs your authority over to you. Not a canned-reply list — an AI that genuinely understands the conversation.

The problem
On Instagram most sales close in the DMs — but the DMs are squeezed into business hours and into one person's attention. A customer messages three businesses at once, and whoever answers first, and correctly, gets ahead. By the time last night's price question is answered in the morning, the decision has already been made.
Messages that arrive at night or over the weekend wait until morning. The customer doesn't.
The comparison happens in the DMs, and whoever answers first, and correctly, gets ahead.
At dinner, on the road, at night. Attention is split and the real work goes unmanaged.
Customers browse at night and ask right then. Leave a price question that came in at 23:00 until morning, and that customer is already messaging someone else.
This is exactly where DM7 steps in
The reply goes out without waiting for you, and the conversation runs on your store's own records. When a customer asks to speak to a person, when legal matters come up, or in any other case you define, the conversation is handed over to you.

The core difference
Automated messaging tools are built on "if this word comes in, send that reply" — and the road ends where the script ends. DM7 has no script. It works out what the customer actually means, answers from your own information, and stays inside the limits you set.

Yes, we have it in stock. The 3-seater is 220 cm, the 2-seater 165 cm. Production takes 15 days; if we place the order today, it reaches you within 20 days. Which city are you in? If you're nearby, we'd love to welcome you at our showroom.

The difference is not "one is a bot, the other isn't." A template tool stalls the moment its script runs out. DM7 reads the question in context and answers it in a single message. It does not guess at what it doesn't know either — if it isn't certain of the exact delivery date, it gives no date; it says it will check and come back to you.

Anatomy
Your customer feels they are talking to someone who knows the product and represents your store — just as calm and just as honest at three in the morning.
However your customer writes, they are understood: half a sentence, two questions at once, a request nobody saw coming. It never falls back on a canned-reply list, and the conversation keeps moving.
It will not produce an answer it is unsure of. Price, dimensions, lead time — either it gives the right one or it says it will check and come back. Your customer never receives wrong information.
Discount authority, which topics reach you, what may and may not be said — all of it is your call. At the limit it never goes ahead on its own: the conversation comes back to you and a notification lands on your phone.
It never makes up what it does not know
The assistant does not guess and does not fill in the blanks. Where it is unsure, its answer is unmistakable: "Let me confirm this with the owner and get back to you."

From the field
A customer shares a post and asks the price. The assistant knows which product they mean, gives the price, and asks the one question that moves the conversation forward. Once it knows the city, it shares the store that fits; when a room measurement comes in, it says honestly whether the piece will fit. When the conversation reaches a limit you set, it is handed over to the owner.
When a customer shares a post and asks "how much is this", it knows which product they mean. If it can't be sure, it quotes no price — it asks which product you're discussing.
Every price, dimension and lead time it gives comes from your own records. Where it isn't sure it doesn't guess; it says it will check and come back.
When the answer ends, a single question follows that takes the conversation one step on — city, dimensions, intended use. Once the city is known, only the store that fits that city is shared; nothing already learned is asked twice.
When a room measurement comes in, it is compared against the product's own dimensions. If the piece doesn't fit, it says so; if it does, it says how much clearance is left. Not to close the sale, but so the customer decides well.
When a discount goes above the ceiling you set, or when a customer asks to speak to a person, the assistant does not proceed on its own. On critical matters it stops replying and the conversation is handed to you; on secondary ones it answers without keeping the customer waiting and sends you an instant notification.
Handoff rules
The rules are set together during setup; the assistant cannot grant itself new authority mid-conversation. On critical matters the reply stops and the conversation is handed to you; on secondary ones the reply continues and an instant notification goes out to you.

Customer: how much is this?
DM7: The post you shared is the Tesla Corner Sofa. Three seats plus a chaise, ₺42,900 in fabric group A. How wide is the wall you'll put it against?
Customer: my living room is 3.5 metres — will it fit
DM7: It is 320 cm along the long side and 210 cm deep. It fits a 3.5 m wall, but that leaves only 30 cm in total at the sides — tight to walk past. Put the chaise on the window side and it sits more comfortably.
Customer: I'm in İzmir, can I come and see it
DM7: This model is on display at our Bornova store in İzmir; we're open 10:00–20:00 on weekdays. I'm sending the address and a map link as well.
Customer: any chance of a discount
DM7: Haggling goes better over tea — come by and let us host you at the store. I've let the owner know; if you like, we can arrange a time that suits you.

Knows its limits
A handoff is not a failure — it is the design. There are two levels: on critical topics the assistant stops replying and the conversation moves to you; on secondary topics it keeps answering, but tells you at once.

Alerts are sent from each business's own Telegram bot, and the bot key is stored encrypted. While a takeover is open, DM7 writes no new reply in that conversation.
The conversation is handed to you and the assistant writes no new reply in it. The alert reaches your phone on Telegram the moment it happens.
The customer is never left waiting — the reply goes out, and at the same moment an alert reaches you so the topic is on your radar.
You draw the line
Handoff rules are agreed together during setup. The assistant cannot grant itself new authority in the middle of a conversation.
Discount ceiling
The ceiling is set separately for every business. Anything asked above it is handed to you automatically.
Order conversations: it depends on your business
In some businesses the assistant opens the order record itself; in others, purchase intent goes straight to you. We decide together at setup which one is right for you.
Industries
Every business has its own questions: sizes and shipping in one, dimensions and delivery in the next. Setup follows your business type, and the tone of the replies and the handoff rules are shaped around your work. We are not here to serve a single industry — we are here to support the commerce that already runs on Instagram.
A conversation in this industry
BoutiqueTypical question
"Do you still have the beige one in a medium, and when do you ship?"
Size, color, shipping and returns questions are answered exactly the way you decide, and nothing is guessed when the answer is not certain. The moment the customer makes up their mind, the conversation comes to you.
In a boutique an order record can be opened; payment, IBAN and deposits stay entirely outside the conversation.
Business type

If a fact is not in the system, the model cannot fill that row with a guess; it tells the customer it will check and come back. An empty field beats a wrong answer.
Industry is not the real test
If you have a catalog, your DM inbox is full and you cannot keep up with the replies, your business already fits. A new industry does not mean a product built from scratch: the rules of that trade are set on top of the same assistant.

The connection is made through Meta's official Instagram Login: your Instagram password is never requested, and you can disconnect whenever you want. A customer's phone number, IBAN, ID number and street address are masked before anything reaches the language model.
The assistant works without ever seeing your customer's personal details: it can say "to your address" while never knowing the address.

The example beside this is illustrative — it shows how a deletion request changes the record. Run the KVKK deletion request and watch the line clear, with your own eyes.

Built for your business
We don't drop in a ready-made bot and walk away. We set the assistant up ourselves, with your store's products, tone of voice and policies. That work takes real time, so we move forward with only a few businesses at once and build every setup one to one.
Who we prefer to work with
This is how we read your application. If the timing isn't right we say so, and suggest talking again once you're ready.
Your questions go to the team that writes the product, not an outsourced desk — you deal with us from start to finish.
The feature you need moves up the roadmap. What we build next is decided by feedback from the businesses actually using it.
The assistant's tone of voice, product data and policy limits are all set for your store, one by one.
If you're in Istanbul the team comes to your store and sets up the connection and product data on site. Anywhere else, the same setup is done one to one online.
After you apply
For the businesses we take on, we set the assistant up with your own products and your own policies. Pricing is settled in the call, based on your usage, and the terms you start on are protected by contract.
What's included
We reply to every application within 24 hours.
Frequently asked
We kept the answers short. If something else is on your mind, just ask us directly.
No. There is no canned reply list and no keyword script; the conversation is run by a language model that actually reasons. What it is allowed to say, though, is a line you draw.
