DM7.ai builds a digital sales employee that answers the conversations arriving on Instagram with the business's own data. We handle the setup for every business ourselves, and we shape the product together with the businesses that use it.
Why we exist
We want small and mid-sized businesses to answer every incoming conversation on time and accurately. The owner stays on the product and the brand; the repetitive work in the DMs goes to a digital employee — while the decisions still belong to the owner.
We build a digital sales employee that answers incoming Instagram conversations with the business's own product, price and delivery data, carries the customer towards a decision, and hands the conversation to the owner when it reaches its limit.
The most expensive mistake in sales is wrong information. Where it is not certain, the assistant does not invent an answer: it either gives the correct price, size and lead time, or says it will check and come back. The customer never receives false information.
The product is in closed beta and today the only live channel is Instagram DM. The groundwork for other channels exists but is not switched on — we don't promise what isn't there.
How we work
