These terms of use govern the conditions under which the DM7.ai platform may be used. By using our platform you accept these terms.

1. Description of the Service

DM7.ai provides an AI-powered DM sales assistant service for Instagram boutiques. The platform covers automated message replies, order taking, payment routing, shipment tracking and customer management.

2. User Obligations

To use the platform for lawful purposes
To provide accurate and up-to-date information
To comply with the Instagram Community Guidelines
To protect customer data and act in compliance with the KVKK
To keep product information (price, stock, description) up to date
To correct the AI immediately if it gives inaccurate information

3. Platform Responsibilities

To take the utmost care to keep the service running without interruption
To store user data securely
To keep improving AI performance
To provide support in case of technical problems

4. Limits of Liability

DM7.ai is not liable for:

Damages arising from inaccurate information given by the AI (the user must keep product information up to date)
Service interruptions caused by changes to the Instagram/Meta API
Disruptions in third-party payment and shipping services
Interruptions caused by force majeure

5. Intellectual Property

The DM7.ai platform, its software, design and content belong to DM7.ai, with all intellectual property rights reserved. Users declare that they hold the rights to the product information and images they upload to the platform.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service by giving prior notice. Upon termination the user's data is deleted within 30 days or handed over to the user.

7. Dispute Resolution

The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
