This privacy notice has been prepared to inform you about how the DM7.ai platform processes your personal data, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

  • Maintaining customer communication (DM, SMS notifications)
  • Carrying out payment and invoicing transactions
  • Managing shipping and delivery processes
  • Improving service quality and refining AI models
  • Fulfilling legal obligations

For the purposes set out above, your personal data may be transferred to the following parties:

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

  • To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred
  • To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
  • To request erasure under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • To object to an outcome against you that arises from the analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems
